Renegades: 2nd division covert ops (covert in this case being protection, escort, or cover. Nothing related to secret operations.) Made up of ten men. One commander, two demolitions officers, two intel officers, three gunrunners, and two snipers. All characters within this unit will be referred to by nicknames.

Waxman: (Whispering) Hey Clarence, I need to borrow your scope.
Clarence: (Whispers back fiercely) What for? The Eruseans are hiding all over the jungle!
Waxman: (Whispering) That island with the skeletons is creeping me out. I need to investigate.
Clarence: (Facepalms and shakes his head, then takes telescopic sight off of the Dragunov and hands it over to Waxman, whispering) Here. Give it back immediately.
Waxman: (Whispering) All right. (Puts scope to eye, and removes scope after a couple of seconds) They're just dead fish. fish.
Bearded man: (Mumbling) You boys better cool it; (Clears throat, then whispers) three trucks coming down the road. Give him back his scope.
Pixelate: (Half-whispering) Lock and load, gents. (Loads an 80mm projectile into the launcher) Hey, Bearded man, do we ambush them?
Bearded man: (Whispering, pointing in different directions) You two, take the upper road. You guys, go over to the fish island for sniper support. Everyone else, get on this side of the road......y-yeah, we are. Give them back a taste of their own medicine.
Wyvern: Time to kick the tires and light the fires. (Cocks Dragunov, then wades across the river to Fish island with Clarence)
Bearded man: (Now prone in his position, whispering) Wait till they've passed us.

Bearded man: (Yelling) Where the -- Oh, go! Up there, to--(dodges a launched grenade) arrghhh! Where Waffles and Wipeout are! Guys, lay down coverfire for them! (The two stand straight up and run) What th--grenade dud! (The smoke grenade has not gone off)
Pixelate: Machine gunner, behind the seat! (He gets prone, removes the M1911 from his waist and takes aim at the light machine gunner in the back seat firing out of the window. Doors open on the other side of the trucks and Erusean troops leave the car to run into the forest)
Waxman: They're running into the bushes! (Is already prone and is firing into three suspicious-looking bushes)
Bearded man: Pull out! We gotta cross the river onto the island: Call for air support! Pull out! (All allies wade across the river over to Fish island and join with the snipers already posted there)
Erusean soldiers hiding in the bushes: Vous en procurer! Continuer à courir, lâches! (Get some! Keep running, cowards!)

JT: 18hotel, 20hotel, this is Papa Quebec. Calling strike package Alpha on enemy convoy. Danger close fire, location is-(sends coded location)
Navajo 1 RTO: Got it, Papa Quebec. Navajo 2, location for strike package alpha is 264 degrees East crossing 12 degrees North. (location is programmed as a waypoint on the RTO's screen)
Navajo 2 RTO: Got it. Arming napalm.
Navajo 1 RTO: Napalm armed here. Miller, ready?
Navajo 1 Pilot: Right. Ask AWACS to confirm location. (Turns control stick to the left, banking) Checking left, vectoring 162. Time on target, 3 minutes.
Navajo 1 RTO: AWACS! Confirm target location. Check left, Navajo two.
Allied air asset: Target is two miles. Location is correct.
Navajo 2 Pilot: Going down to 3,000. (Turns the control stick left to roll the plane completely over, then pulls back to point nose to the ground.) Slowing to attack speed. (Pulls back on throttle)

Navajo 1 RTO: Going down to 3,000.
Navajo 2 RTO: I have target location on my screen, time on target is one mike.
Navajo 1 RTO: Time on target, one mike.
Allied Air Asset: All right guys, engage at your own discretion.
Navajo 1 Pilot: I'm on target.
Navajo 1 RTO: Bombs away!
Raybeam: What the--(looks up) that's the planes.
Bazooka Joe: Well, I'll be- (Opens mouth and gets bug-eyed) aren't those napalm bombs?
Bearded man: (looking angrily at JT and pointing) JT, you had better set those coordinates right.
JT: I did. (Throws hands up)
Wipeout: They're being dropped, duck and cover! (All soldiers duck and cover, despite the fish skeletons. Napalm is dropped from the planes and hits a spot in the forest on the other side of the river)
Navajo 2 Pilot: On target.
Navajo 2 RTO: Weapons free.
Navajo 2 Pilot: Impact confirm. Pulling up. (Pulls back on control stick)
Navajo 1 RTO: I've gotten a message from the ground. "Good work, mission accomplished."
Allied air asset: Mission complete, RTB.
The 2nd Division was just one of many squadrons to be caught in such skirmishes. The division continued on the path to the recon site after the forest had stopped burning. Both the 2nd division and the 58th fighter-bomber suadron took part in the operation to take Fort Akers Hill.
